Welcome to La Osmonière, a 105 m² house with enclosed garden, located between the Mont Saint-Michel Bay and the Emerald Coast.
With its bright living rooms, its 3 spacious bedrooms, its careful decoration, its warm welcome, it is ideal for a relaxing stay with family or friends, or even a professional stay.
In the heart of Saint-Méloir-des-Ondes, a dynamic village all year round, you will be close to all shops and services (food, restaurants, market, health centre, etc.). Cancale and Saint-Malo are only 5 minutes away by car. Bus lines and the train station of La Gouesnière (5 min) also facilitate your travels.
The house can accommodate up to 6 people :

- A veranda overlooking the south-facing garden, with an office area, a relaxation area and a laundry area.
- A master bedroom (bed 140x190 cm) and its shower room with adjoining Italian shower.
- A separate toilet.
- On the first floor
- A bedroom for 2 persons (1 double bed 140x190 cm) and 1 single bed (90x190 cm). On request, possibility of a 7th bed.
- A bathroom with double washbasin and large shower.
