Villa Kastelluce 2, between land and sea, is an ideal base for visiting Cancale and its surroundings.

Located in a hamlet near Cancale and Saint-Malo, this beautiful stone house of character offers beautiful spaces both inside and outside. The whole represents a pleasant and bright living environment, ideal for a stay with family or friends.
The main assets of the house ? Its swimming pool, heated from May to September, and its large garden with trees. 

The house on 2 levels consists of :

By day :
Large and bright living room opening onto the garden with :
- a fully equipped kitchen area for 8 people.
- a sitting area with TV and DVD player
- a living area with fireplace

At night :
- 1 bedroom on the ground floor for 2 people (sofa bed 140 x 190 cm) with a bathroom
 communicating shower room. 
On the first floor, there are  three comfortable bedrooms with plenty of space and storage.
- 2 bedrooms for 2 people (2 beds 140 x 190 cm), another room offering 2 extra beds with 2 bunk beds. With its desk, this room is more suitable for children.

Facilities and services :
- Washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, 2 TVs, wifi.
- Sheets and towels included from 5 nights. Beds made on arrival. Sheets and towels for hire for short stays.
- Baby facilities and enclosed garden

The house is managed by a travel agency specialising in holiday rentals, Archipel Evasion.
