New detached house of 65 m², located between Carnac city and Quiberon in a small subdivision at the entrance of the village of Plouharnel and about 1 km from the beaches.Possibility to rent by the night on request.
On the ground floor you will find:- a bathroom with WC- a pretty kitchen very well equipped and functional- a lounge area with a pellet stove- a dining area opening onto a beautiful terrace.
- Enclosed garden for the safety of your children
Upstairs :- 1 parental suite with 140 cm bed and bathroom- 1 bedroom with 160 cm bed- 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds 90 cm- 1 independent WC.
In order to take advantage of the salty air, you can eat on the terrace (1 table and 8 chairs) and rest in the 2 deckchairs. A barbecue with cover is at your disposal. A private garden shed where you can store your beach equipment.In order to take advantage of the many cycle paths, we can offer you bikes + helmet + BB seat if necessary
Pets allowed (Dogs only) with a supplement of 75 eur and an additional deposit of 200 euros. The dog must not be left alone in the accommodation when you go out.

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour. Le gite est très agréable, fonctionnel, et bien équipé. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et à notre écoute. De plus la situation géographique est parfaite pour visiter Quiberon, Vannes, Lorient.

Une petite attention spéciale au moment de Noël avec la décoration (sapin décoré). Fars bretons faits maison à notre arrivée.

Logement neuf, très bien pensé et conçu. Surfaces optimisés avec de beaux volumes. Ce logement est parfaitement équipé, tant dans la cuisine que dans les sanitaires (n’apportez pas votre sèche cheveux, il y en a dans chaque pièce d’eau). Le jardin est entièrement clos, avec le mobilier nécessaire. La localisation est idéale pour visiter la région. L’accueil est familial, les propriétaires sont très agréable et restent à notre disposition pour un complément d’information durant le séjour.
