Enjoy your stay at "Les Hortensias", a traditional breton house newly renovated (135 m2), comfortable (geothermal heating and double glazings), bright and independent. Located in a 3 hectares evergreen parkland and open fields, with a south facing terrace, you will have a fantastic view over the "Landes de Lanvaux".

- The foot of GR 38 ( Douarnenez-Redon) and near of numerous hiking trails and paths for hybrid and mountain bikes, but in only 5 min of St-Jean Brévelay (any convenience stores),
- 20 min from Vannes and its fortifications, 20 min also from the medieval city of Josselin and 35 min from the magic atmosphere of the Broceliande forest,
- 30 min from the sea, the Gulf and the harbor station to take a trip on the gulf islands.

Groundfloor : Open-plan kitchen (cooktop gas, electric oven, microwaves, fridge-freezer, dishwasher), dining room, lounge with bookcase and fireplace, a double room with access to terrace (1 bed of 160x200), a bathroom with bathtub and 2 washbasins, a separate toilet, a dressing room, a laundry with washing machine, ironing board and iron.

1st floor : 1 double room (2 beds of 90X200 with possiblity of 1 bed of 180x200), 1 triple room (3 beds of 90x190), 1 bathroom with a shower and washbasin.

Terrace: garden table and chairs, parasol, sunbeds.

Weekly rental.
Possibility of short stays minimum 2 nights, except French school holidays (the indicated price includes final cleaning only in case of 2 or 3 nights stays and 2 persons max.).
