Welcome to Villa BRUYERIDE, classified 3-star 'Meublé de Tourisme', on the edge of the bay of Quiberon and the legendary Gulf of Morbihan.

Located in the seaside resort of Saint-Philibert, close to the beaches, in front of the famous marina of Trinité-sur-Mer and near Carnac, you will stay in QUIET, in a dead end, in our charming house of 90m2 on 2 floors, with its closed floral GARDEN of 400m2 and its VERANDA of 20m2 with large sliding windows, facing SOUTH.

We will be delighted to welcome you to villa BRUYERIDE where you can take advantage of MANY SERVICES that we put at your disposal in order to have a pleasant stay, with family or friends, in the south of Morbihan.

This vacation rental for 5 PEOPLE maximum, is an ideal starting point to visit the rich historical Breton heritage, to indulge in your favorite activities between land and sea, or to take the opportunity to relax in FARNIENTE mode quite simply.

You will not be disappointed by the diversity of the landscapes that you will discover during your walks. Thanks to its privileged location, villa BRUYERIDE will allow you to be only a few kilometers from all the attractions offered by our beautiful department of Morbihan.

For a comfortable and quality stay, we have put in place for you:

washing machine, dishwasher, rice cooker, filter coffee machine, Tassimo coffee machine, microwave oven, gas stove, kettle, toaster, refrigerator, many kitchen utensils, cutlery and dishes , small grocery store (salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, sugar, tea). Prepare small, elaborate meals or test your culinary skills by concocting local dishes.

On your left, the parental bedroom with a double bed 160 * 200, and on your right, another bedroom with 2 single beds 90 * 190. Plenty of storage space on this floor to store or hang all your things.

* Note that a toilet / shower room with sink is available on this floor for your comfort.

NB: 1 UMBRELLA BED, 1 mattress and 1 HIGH CHAIR for your baby (<2 years) are available FREE, on request.

Then take advantage of the 400m2 wooded and enclosed floral GARDEN as well as its 20 m2 VERANDA facing south, to appreciate the sweetness of local life.

 A 57cm WEBER BBQ, a PLANCHA Campingaz with its enamelled cast iron plate, a PARASOL, a GARDEN LOUNGE, Loungers and a large TEAK table with 6 chairs await you, if you want to invite friends over for an aperitif or a good meal that you have prepared, with local products bought earlier on one of the many local markets.

Enjoy friendly meals around delicious grilled meats, or simply sip a drink while admiring the sunset, or watch your children flourish during their holidays.

To make your life easier, bed linen and towels are INCLUDED in the service!

2 vacuum cleaners (1 per floor), 1 table with 1 iron, 2 folding drying racks and cleaning products are also available for your convenience.

* Pets (25kg max) are welcome at the villa, for a supplement of 40 € per stay/animal.

* The cleaning, COMPULSORY, will be invoiced to you 85 €. This will save you any stress on the day of your departure.

* Long weekend rental on request ONLY:
A special price for all 'bridges' of the year (villa from 334 € - 2 nights / 3 days MINIMUM)
