Completely renovated apartment located in the heart of the charming little village of Chouilly (5 km from Epernay, 30km from Reims and Chalons en Champagne) classified Grand Cru on the white hillsides. Chouilly has all the amenities (Bakery, Grocery, Brasserie, Playground, ...). This accommodation of approximately 90m2 has on the ground floor an independent entrance with coat rack. On the first floor, the kitchen is fully equipped: Dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee pod (Tassimo) and filter, toaster, kettle, ... The very bright living room has a convertible sofa, TV, dining table and 8 chairs. Two large bedrooms with double bed, wardrobe (for bedroom 1), chest of drawers (bedroom 2) as well as a third children's bedroom with bunk beds (it is forbidden for an adult to sleep in the upper bed) The bathroom has a shower and a washing machine. The accommodation is equipped with fiber for internet. To accommodate small children (ATTENTION STAIRS) we can provide you with: high chair, cot, bed linen, baby bath, bottle warmer, This accommodation is NON-SMOKING, no parties or evenings for the tranquility of the neighbours. We accept small dogs with pleasure for a supplement of 20€/stay/animal for cleaning to be paid on site. The accommodation can accommodate 8 people (6 adults with the sofa bed and 2 children with the bunk bed) with a supplement of 15€/pers. additional to the of 5 people within the limit of 8.
