At 5 kms from DORMANS, 30 kms from Epernay capital of Champagne and 45 kms from REIMS you can discover the vineyard and the history of this beautiful region according to your desires! House comprising: A garden, a terrace accessible from the equipped kitchen, veranda, dining room, living room, playroom, WC on the ground floor.
Floor: 3 bedrooms including 1 with a bed of 160X200, 1 bedroom with 1 bed of 2X90X200 and 1 last room with 1 bed of 120X190. Large water room with Italian shower, double washbasins and WC. Beds made on arrival, towels included on request..

Gîte spacieux avec son jardin
Gite bien équipé et confortable décoré avec goût et d'une grande propreté accueil chaleureux de la propriétaire qui est très attentionnée.

belle et grande maison,décorée avec gout,appréciée par les enfants,sortie a vélo ou à pieds et visites dansa région, propriétaire sympa.
Lovely garden, house is well equipped, good beds, big supermarket in Dormans with 7min drive by car.
The garden is not very private, but it didn’t bother us. Courthiézy is a small village with no shops (no bakery).
We had a lovely week in Courthiézy. Sandrine is a very good host.
The owner Sandrine was lovely and helpful. The accommodation was very clean, spacious and comfortable to a very high standard with plenty of room inside and out for our family of 5. Garden and patio area are really good for relaxing in, basketball and football court and playground near the rear of the property. Two supermarkets in the nearby town of Dormans. Easy to get to Disney, Reims & Paris. We will definitely return and stay here for longer.

Perfect relaxing family holiday for 10 nights. Very nice accommodation nicely situated in a lovely quiet village.
J'été à chercher à la région, la gite est parfait, la petit Courthiézy calme et avec un petit restaurant au bord de la route. Dormans a 2 km c’est un village charmant et chaleureux avec ses restaurants, cafés, bons supermarchés et tous vous besoins. Il y a divers chemins à randonner, même au bord du Marne. La place est calme, sécure, quartier agréable, vous peux manger d’hors, au jardin. Les équipements sont excellents et le chauffage parfait.
Pour moi, n'étés pas un problème, mais c’est une région à visiter par voiture, des dizaines de petit villages, coins a piquenique, places à pechêr, caves au champagne. Vous peux toujours gare la voiture devant la maison ou dans un parking fermé a cotte.
La meilleure option dans tous les lieux de recherche, dans cette région, Gite do Lavoir, taille, équipement, neuf, bon rapport qualité/prix.
