This 2012 architect designed villa, on a 1200 m2 plot, is located in the hamlet of Crocce de Lavatoggio, a small village at 280 m altitude, overlooking the bay of Algajola.
It is individual and fully equipped with kitchen, living room, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms including a master suite with bathroom.
The private swimming pool of 9 m x 4 m is heated to 28°mini and secured by an electric roller shutter with a sunbathing area.the temperature may vary according to extreme weather conditions.
The air conditioning is in all rooms of the house.
 The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with induction hob, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, hand blender, chopper, cutlery and numerous utensils.

On this level, there is a bedroom with bathroom (1 bed x 160).
On the lower level, there is a bedroom with a double bed (160cm), a bedroom with 2 single beds (90cm or 180cm) and a bathroom, all of which open onto the uncovered terrace of the summer dining area with sink and fridge, located next to the pool.
You will be able to have lunch and dinner on 2 terraces, covered or not, with a panoramic view on the bay of Algajola and the mountain, populated with its medieval villages in eagle's nest.
