"Charming" apartment in the heart of a charming property. This beautiful restored house of character has two apartments. The first one can accommodate four people and the second one two.
The charming apartment is very bright, it is located on the first floor. It includes a large living room that you discover from the entrance with a large sofa that can be used as an extra bed, a coffee table, a flat screen TV and an Internet connection.
The living room is open to the dining room and the fully equipped kitchen (kettle, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, oven, and freezer).
From this living room, the apartment opens onto an independent and bright bedroom with a 160*200 bed, which can also be separated into two 80*200 beds. The bedding is new and protected by bed sheets.
The second room is communicating with the first one and includes a bunk bed.
The accommodation also has independent sanitary facilities with a shower and a washing machine. A clothesline will also be at your disposal and when the weather allows it, the laundry can be hung outside.
The view from the apartment is of the village center. You will have access to the outside of the gite, a beautiful garden with two garden furniture, a barbecue and a relaxation area. In the village you will find all the shops you need to have a good stay.

Nous avons séjourné dans ce superbe et chaleureux gite alliant confort, propreté et décoré avec soin. Gite très calme, lumineux, bien placé dans le centre de Sancey, proche des petits commerces. La propriétaire est une personne très sympathique, discrète et attentionnée. Ce gite est placé dans une belle région qu'il faut découvrir. Des circuits pédestres sont également proches du village. Nous avons passé une très agréable semaine de vacances et nous reviendrons chez Mme Socié.

Gîte spacieux, confortable, très propre et aménagé avec beaucoup de goût. Les propriétaires son très accueillants et pleins de petites attentions, très sympathiques envers leurs hôtes. Nous recommandons vivement ce gîte.
