Discover this semi-detached family house in Santans in the Val d'Amour, at the entrance of the village. In front of the entrance, you can park your car, the garden is fenced. Your pets can enjoy the garden in complete freedom (pets accepted under conditions). The owner has access to the shed at the bottom of the garden and also lives in Santans, at the exit of the village. She will be at your disposal if you need her.
The entrance leads to a bright, equipped kitchen. (kettle, toaster, coffee machine, gas cooker, dishwasher, etc.) From the front, you can see the living room, which is accessible through a glass door or through the kitchen. In the living room, a flat screen TV, a library and children's games are available.
A corridor leads to the three independent bedrooms. Two of them have a double bed, the third one has a single bed. The rental can therefore accommodate 5 people.
The sanitary facilities are independent. A washing machine and a dryer are available.
Bed linen and towels are provided. Cleaning included.
Santans is located near Arc-et-Senans, Dole, Arbois and Besançon.

La propriétaire, très sympathique et pétillante, offre aux vacanciers un accueil familial dans une maison comtoise de charme. La région est très agréable avec de nombreux endroits à découvrir et revoir.
Le séjour a été trop court pour profiter pleinement de cette très agréable région. Nous reviendrons !!!
