In the south of France, ideally located between the sea and the Cévennes, in Lézan, 8 km from Anduze, 13 km from Alès and 35 km from Nîmes, near all shops, in a quiet and quiet area, our cottage (75m²) facing south, on the ground floor, fully air-conditioned (reversible inverter air conditioning), with free wifi connection, stretches over a 3000 m² enclosed and wooded grounds, with a private car park, a garden, a vegetable garden, an orchard, a courtyard, a playground, barbecues and a fenced and secured 4m x 8m pool. She understands:
- A dining room + living room with sofa, armchair, DVB-T TV.
- A fully equipped kitchen with oven, gas cooker, microwave, fridge and freezer 100 litres, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, washing machine, iron + table, etc.....
- A double bedroom with 2 beds in 140 cm, with walnut wardrobes.
- A toilet and a shower room with cabin.
From the Cévennes in the Camargue, the Gard department invites you to discover its many treasures: Nîmes with its arenas, Uzés and duchy, the Pont du Gard, an emblematic site, the extraordinary bamboo grove of Anduze and its little steam train that criss-crosses the Gardon valley,
the various caves an underground enchantment, the various museums where each visitor will find his happiness among the confectioneries (Haribo) and the potteries of Anduze, Aigues-Mortes and its tower of Constance, Avignon the city of the popes....
As for activities, the offer is rich and the region offers almost infinite possibilities: hiking,
swimming in the river, fishing, canoeing, mountain biking, tennis, petanque, golf, adventure course, water park, Camargue races, votive festivals with abrivados, horse riding....
