West-facing air-conditioned apartment, is a two-room cabin of approximately 31m² of living space and a glazed loggia of 10m² offers you a nice view of the marina des quilles, at the crossroads of the canals. It is located on the 4th floor with lift, and above all close to the beaches, located 300m away, as well as the shops which are nearby. You will find in the living room a 2-seater sofa bed, a television and for the kitchen area an induction hob (2 burners), fridge, freezer, mini oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine, the best for your holidays! In the bedroom, a double bed and in the cabin a bunk bed (2 beds 90cm). The bathroom consists of a shower and a basin, the toilets are separated.
