Located in a well-maintained residence with caretaker, this pleasant renovated studio cabin of 24 m² on the 4th and last floor with lift, offers you a beautiful view of the sea and the beach with a southern exposure. It consists of a living room with a sofa bed, television, a kitchenette equipped with a hob, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine for more comfort. In the entrance the corner cabin with a bed for 2 people, and we end with the bathroom with shower, basin and WC. Without forgetting the parking space you have at n°372, closed by an electric gate.

To be paid on arrival, tourist tax (5.5% of the price of the stay) and security deposit (300 €) by card
