In the heart of the Pyrénées Orientales, one hour from Perpignan and the Mediterranean Sea, this old farm built around 1756 (and its 13th century dovecote) is hidden in an isolated valley surrounded by nature, close to the small Catalan village of Corsavy. Ideal place for holidays in the mountains, this old Catalan farmhouse at the foot of the Canigou mountain gives direct access to the Riuferrer river and a (private) waterfall. This unique place will offer you a stay combining authenticity and comfort. Here, you can enjoy the peace and fresh air of this true haven of peace.

This 59m² lodging includes a large bedroom (28m², east orientation) and a living room with fitted kitchen area (23m², east orientation). Leaning against the hill, it offers a lovely view of the garden.

This cottage can accommodate a maximum of 4 people.

The bedroom is equipped with two single beds of 90 x 200 cm that can be converted into a double bed (king size, 180 x 200cm). The living room is equipped with a sofa and a 140 x 190 cm sofa bed. The equipment provided is the hob (vitroceramic), the oven, the microwave oven, the fridge / freezer, the television (by satellite TNT SAT - decoder with usb port) and Internet (WiFi). A stone terrace of 24 m² and its glass table is located in the garden (next to the rosebushes) and is reserved for the tenants of this lodging.

The lodging has access to the bedroom on the ground floor and access to the living room via a slope. It is classified three stars in Meublé de Tourisme.

You can stay quietly at the estate and let yourself be charmed by the enchanting serenity of the place: enjoy the 3000 m² of gardens, meditate at the edge of the waterfall, feel the tranquillity of the forest, stroll along the river, climb the hill at the above the house, do your yoga by the pool before taking a dip, relax in the jacuzzi, swim against the current in the spa, sweat in the sauna and play sports… on the bowling alley! If the weather is bad, a relaxation room set up in an old barn will save your stay: you can play billiards, table football, arcade machines, or simply have a drink with your loved ones while listening to the jukebox or reading travel books.
