Welcome to the heart of the Creuse, where authentic charm meets modern comfort in our stone cottage "La Maison du Marchois". Nestled in a picturesque setting, in the heart of nature and close to the Etang de la Vergne for fishing enthusiasts, this 2-storey house can accommodate up to 7 people.
The gîte comprises :
- Ground floor: a large living room of over 50m² with a fully-equipped kitchen, opening onto the dining room and a cosy lounge with a stone fireplace, inviting you to relax with family or friends.
- 3 bedrooms (2 beds 140 on the 1st floor, 3 beds 90 on the 2nd floor), carefully furnished to ensure a comfortable stay. There's a bathroom with shower on the 1st floor, a shower room on the 2nd floor and 3 WCs on each floor.
- A study area has been created on the 1st floor.
- A 150m² garden to the rear of the house, including a terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs and garden furniture. A small terrace has been laid out at the front of the house. A 2nd plot of approx. 250m², fully enclosed, is available opposite the gîte.
- 2 parking spaces and a garage for 2 cars. We have 7 bicycles at your disposal.
