Doux refuge room on the 1st floor

Located in Val d'Ajol, 2 minutes from the RN 57 exit towards the centre of Val d'Ajol, in a historic building, come and discover the Doux Refuge room, located on the 1st floor of the house.


This cosy room is mainly designed to accommodate guests passing through or even a commercial pitch. We've brought out the exposed stone for added serenity.
The view overlooks nature and the green roof of the reception desk and a view of the Belvedere.


Room facilities :
1 bed 140x190 - Connected TV - WI-Fi - Italian shower - Shutters + blackout blinds - Loan of baby cot and high chair on request - Table and chairs - USB and RJ45 socket.


Communal breakfast area with microwave, toaster, coffee maker and kettle.


A varied gourmet breakfast (sweet and savoury) with local produce: coffee, tea, chocolate, bread, butter, jam, fruit juice, pastries, fruit salad, cold meats, cheese, eggs, etc.


Enjoy a convivial moment of exchange thanks to the optional table d'hôte (available on reservation for a minimum of 6 guests up to 15 people. 35€ per person for a full meal, book 1 week in advance)
Composition of the complete meal:
The house aperitif, coffee and tea will be provided, but wine, beer or any other alcoholic beverage consumed at the table will be charged extra.
A single menu will be proposed, made up essentially of local, home-made products, respecting as far as possible the seasonal nature of the products.
Example of a menu that could be proposed:
Starter: Val d'Ajol andouille pie or smoked trout cheesecake, trout rilettes
Main course: trout fillet, rice pilaf or stuffed pig's trotters, pomme paille, or chicken ballotine with luxeuil ham stuffed with andouille or munster cheese
Platter of local cheeses, green salad
Dessert: home-made blueberry tart "la biroche de Mymy" or according to seasonality of produce


Ajolaise platter (cold platter) available for late arrivals or by special request


Common relaxation/reading area on the first floor.


You can also have breakfast outside, on the terrace overlooking the garden on the edge of the forest.
