It is an old water mill for which we have fallen in love in 2021, nestled in the heart of a bucolic park with trees and flowers of 2.5 hectares. You will be able to take advantage of different spaces where you can rest: under the trees, on an island, or at the edge of the water of one of the lakes. A chalet at the edge of the lake, under a large oak tree will be the ideal place to recharge your batteries in nature for a nap or for a night!

A large living room of more than 60m2 with a dining area, an open equipped kitchen and a lounge area. This space opens on 2 terraces of more than 30 m2 each, one in the south, sunny for greedy breakfasts, one covered in the north for meals in the shade near the barbecue and the plancha.

Ideal, a path from the house allows to reach the village in 10 minutes along the river.

Simorre is a lively little village of 700 inhabitants with shops : bakery, grocery store, press, butcher's shop, post office, hairdressers, tourist office, cultural bistro offering many animations (concerts....), weekly market, museum of the peasant, many hiking and mountain bike trails.

In the heart of the fields, peaceful and not overlooked. Happiness is in the Gers!

The accommodation is located 30 minutes from Auch, 1 hour from Toulouse, 1h30 from the Pyrenees.

Samatan, capital of foie gras is 20 km away.
