This attic apartment of 42m2 is located on the 2nd floor, without elevator of a small residence; the light is through all day. It has a private enclosed parking area, a communal courtyard and a ski locker.
Its location, at the entrance of Luchon, is ideal for skiers and curists, the thermal bus runs 50 meters from the apartment. Many small local shops are located on the street.
The apartment is composed as follows:
Living room / stay with sofa bed, American kitchen integrated and arranged, two bedrooms, one with a bed 160, the other with a bed 140, bathroom with toilet, mezzanine converted into laundry room.
The equipment is as follows:
Television (flat screen), wifi internet access, microwave, washing machine.
Bed linen and towels included, EDF / water also, however an overconsumption will be charged.
Optional: possibility of delivering breakfasts.
