Calme, refait récemment, espace dédié bien délimité par une haie dans le jardin.
Manque quelques équipements dans la cuisine.
Appartement au calme le long de la voie verte. Jardin attenant avec espace dédié, l'appartenent ne donne pas directement sur le jardin.
