Do you want a real relaxing vacation in a green landscape? Drop your bags at the gîte "La Combe Bartas"! Nestled in the heart of a 24-hectare estate of woods and meadows with a heated swimming pool, it is the ideal place for moments of happiness and conviviality with family or friends!

Located in the Tarn-et-Garonne, in Montaigu de Quercy, this gite can comfortably accommodate from 5 to 8 people depending on your requests.

This single-storey gite of 100 m2, accessible for people with reduced mobility, is arranged as follows

A living room with a fully equipped kitchenette (oven, microwave, dishwasher, steam cooker...) which opens onto a shaded terrace, a large dining table and a sitting area equipped with sofas, a television and a fireplace. Many board games and books are at your disposal.

A first room with a large bed (160cm x 200cm) for two people and many cupboards, a second room composed of three single beds (90 x 190cm) and a baby bed and an umbrella bed for 3 people and 2 babies. The single beds can be put together to form a double bed.


You will also find a bathroom with bathtub, shower, sink and toilet with grab bar and a washing machine.


On request, an additional adjoining room with a double bed and a single bed as well as a shower room (sink, shower, wc).


All beds have a bolster and a pillow per person to ensure optimal sleeping comfort.

For your comfort:

- The gite is equipped with an optical fiber for fast Internet access and a DVD player for movie nights.
- You will find baby equipment (cot, umbrella, potty), board games, books and a welcome basket for a warm welcome from the owners.
- Outside, you will have access to a heated swimming pool 4x10 m, deckchairs, parasols, garden furniture with barbecue and a raclette and fondue machine.

- In the summer you will enjoy a pleasant coolness thanks to the thick walls of the gite and in the winter you will enjoy the floor heating and a fireplace.
- We also offer bicycles at your disposal as well as a closed bicycle room for the cyclists!
