Nestled in the midst of a beautifully landscaped park, we offer you our spacious 250m² Mansion, carefully restored.

Located near the Regional Natural Park of Caps and Opal Marshes, the ground floor features an entrance, a spacious and fully equipped independent kitchen, a living room with a lounge area, a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with a double sink (with the possibility of making it private to the bedroom), and separate toilets.

On the first floor, there are two bedrooms, each with a double bed (160cm), one of which is connected to the bathroom (equipped with a double sink and a toilet).

The second floor consists of two bedrooms: one with a double bed (160cm) and the other with two single beds (90cm).

Outdoor amenities include a enclosed garden, a terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue, perfect for relaxation. There is also a large 5000m² park, ideal for rejuvenation. Private parking is available within the enclosed property.

Utilities are included in the rental price.

Optional bed linen package: €20 per bed.
