About this Holiday rental
Located on the top and 4th floor in the Residence Côte d'Opale (in the "belle époque" style, with lift), our apartment is really peacefull, summer like winter.
Ideal for couples or families, it offers all the necessary comfort for a comfortable holiday and will amaze you with its high view of the charming seaside resort of Wimereux and the surrounding hills.
Covering an area of 45m², it includes an entrance hall, an independent fitted kitchen, a living room/lounge, two bedrooms, one of which is a "cabin" (the first with 1 double bed (140cm), the second with 2 bunk beds ( 90cm)), a bathroom, a laundry room and a separate toilet.
Our apartment has equipment to accommodate babies and children: cot, safety barrier for bed, high chair, baby potty, suitable cutlery, plates, glasses, baby bowls, games, books.
Located on the pedestrian dyke of Wimereux, the Résidence Côte d'Opale offers direct access to the beach and nearby shops and restaurants (200m). The city center is only a short 5 minute walk away.
To complete your stay, we offered 3 optional packages:
- 1 bed's linen option at 20€/ double bed, 15.€ /simple bed and €5.00 for the cot. Bed made on arrival
- 1 towel option at 5 € /person
- 1 cleaning option at 45.00 €
You can rent our apartment for the week, fortnightly, midweek or for a weekend (subject to a minimum stay of 2 nights)
The days of arrival and departure are free (except summer holidays). In summer, rentals are exclusively from Saturday to Saturday.
The rental price is all charges included (water, electricity, gas and heating)
The tourist tax is 0.85€/ adult/ night. It is to be paid on the day of arrival.
Parking is on the street.
Since April 2022, the parking spaces around the building are free except for avenue Foch and rue de la mer from April to October (from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m.) and except for rue Carnot which is the shopping street (paid parking year-round) . The town hall of Wimereux will create a large car park at the southern entrance to compensate for the new paid parking from April to October and will provide free shuttles.
There is a small inner courtyard where there is a rack to put bicycles (not covered).
The train station is at 1km of the building.
