Please respect the co-ownership rules. You are in a quiet and secure residence. Please respect the neighborhood and the common areas. Reminder of the rules:
* Rental prohibited to minors (identification may be requested for insurance and security reasons)
* Small dogs accepted, **on request**. Extra cleaning may be charged at the end of the stay. They must be kept on a leash throughout the residence. Pick up the droppings.
* No party is accepted. The accommodation is for residential use.
* No subletting is accepted.
* On the terrace, no barbecue is allowed. No laundry to dry on the backyards.
* Please do not share your building access codes with anyone outside.
* Please respect the sorting and your waste (level -1 garbage cans on the left when leaving the elevator)
The household service is included in the limit of a "normal" use of the apartment. An additional charge of €50 may be applied if an over-cleaning is required.
The internal regulations are a clause of the general conditions of your rental contract. The confirmation of your reservation commits you to respect it. In case of non-compliance, the landlord or his representative could hire your surety, an immediate termination of the lease and legal proceedings.
