About this Holiday rental
Comfortable holiday rental of 103m², located 300m from the supervised beach, in
a quiet street adjoining another rental. Within this seaside resort renowned
for its 80 m high cape and its famous customs path, its harbour and its large
sandy beach with the "Blue Flag";, this house is open for rent in
all seasons. The pier for the Channel Islands at Carteret (Jersey, Guernsey,
Sark) is nearby.
On the
ground floor: an open kitchen (oven, combined refrigerator-freezer, dishwasher.
. . . . . ) on the living room, a bright 35 m2 lounge (TV, DVD player, DTT +
International channels), a bathroom with toilets, a "garage" (washing machine and
dryer).
First
floor: 1st bedroom of 16m² with a 160/190 bed and an office, a 2nd bedroom of
13m² with 2 90/190 beds and a 3rd bedroom of 11m² with a 140 bed, a shower room
and separate toilets.
Outside:
private enclosed garden, 25m² terrace facing South West, barbecue and parking.
Electric
heating + poële à pellets.. As an option, sheets can be rented (16€ per bed, bed made on arrival)
and cleaning at the end of the stay (80€). Wifi. Baby
equipment (high chair and cot) on request.

On a tout aimé dans cette maison on s'y est vraiment senti bien on avait presque mal de repartir

Tres agréable sejour et maison très agréable à vivre propreté irreprohable a recommander suable à recommandé surtout vous ne serez pas déçu
les restaurants à proximité
le barbecue inutilisable grille archi rouillée et très sale. un seul petit meuble pour les provisions. meuble pour ranger les provisions. le salon à plus que vécu inconfortable. d'habitude dans les autres location lepropritaire
déçue les plages difficile d'accès pas de commerces dans cette ville juste la poissonnerie
Owner response :Un minimum de vérité s'impose....... Barneville plage est un hameau de la commune de Barneville Carteret,station balnéaire .Il y a peu de commerces avec la poissonnerie, le tabac presse depot de pain & viennoiseries, une restauration rapide et en front de mer un restaurant gastronomique ainsi qu'un bar creperie sandwicherie . Vous connaissiez l'état commercial exact de la plage avant la reservation suite à vos nombreux appels téléphoniques. Barneville bourg et Carteret ,proches,sont riches en commerces variés . Quant aux plages d'accès difficiles...on peut y accéder en fauteuil roulant !!!!!!!!!!!!!! A propos du barbecue,la grille presentait en effet un peu de rouille sans graisse que j'ai soigneusement frottée et recurée sur votre demande. Concernant la maison,la cuisine et le rangement de provisions sont prévus pour 6 personnes ,alors je ne comprends pas votre problème sachant que vous étiez que 2. D'autre part,le divan en cuir est peut-être ferme mais loin de paraitre usé comme vous le soulignez, je rappelle que la visite de mon renouvellement label CLEVACANCES date de 2019 et qu'il a été attribué 3 clés à cette maison,signe d'un confort de qualité. A quoi bon deposer cet avis alors qu'à votre dėpart, vous et votre mari,declariez avoir passé un bon sejour !!
