This
holiday home is ideal for family or friends to meet up by the water (you can
admire the boats entering and leaving the port at high tide
from the sofa!). Located near the beach of Barneville-Carteret you have direct
access to the beach (100m) through the dunes and the harbour. Comfortable and
very well equipped, we promise you a successful holiday.
On the
garden level: living room with decorative fireplace, lounge (TV) with view of
the harbour, equipped kitchen (refrigerator with freezer compartment, electric
hobs, dishwasher. . . ), a first bedroom (bed 140) with wardrobe, a second
bedroom (2 beds of 90) with wardrobe, a shower room and separate toilets.
On the
ground floor: garage (garden table, washing machine and dryer, vehicle space),
a bedroom (bed 160), a shower room and separate toilets.
2 boats at
disposal, fishing equipment on foot, games for children. Baby equipment (bed,
bath, high chair and potty) on request. Animals refused.
Electric
heating included, sheets for rent (15€/bed), towels for rent (6€/person),
cleaning service in addition (80€), tourist tax not included. Internet
included.
