About this Holiday rental
This family home tastefully renovated by Michel and Yvette combines authenticity and comfort. The location is ideal to discover the Cotentin (by car, by bike or on foot) or simply enjoy the pleasures of swimming (sandy beach only 20 minutes walk)
On the ground floor: large living room/living room (TV) and open kitchen (induction hobs, dishwasher, oven, fridge/freezer . . . ), a laundry area (washing machine) to store bicycles for example, a bathroom (Italian shower, towel dryer), toilets independent (with washing machine).
Upstairs: a master bedroom of 18m2 with a bed of 160/200, a storage room, a table and a telephone (landline only). Two other smaller rooms (14 and 10 m2) each with 2 beds of 90 and storage. A shower room (spacious shower cabin and towel dryer) and separate toilets (with washing machine)
Outside: an enclosed garden sheltered from the wind to enjoy meals with family or friends, a garden furniture and a barbecue.
For your convenience the bed linen and towels are provided, the beds are made on arrival. We ask you to return the accommodation in the state in which you found it.
All charges included (electricity, water). Tourist tax in addition.
Our animal friends are welcome if the masters are well trained.

Amabilité et discrétion des propriétaires. Calme et sans vis à vis, Dans un écrin de verdure à 2 pas de la plage. Entièrement rénové et très propre. Belle région peu connue à découvrir. Excellent séjour entre amis.
