In a hamlet, this renovated cottage offers a large stay. The beaches are only a few kilometers away for the enjoyment of the whole family. A privileged location at the entrance of the salt flats of the Havre de la Vanlée, a remarkable natural site!
On the ground floor: a large living room (sofa, TV), an equipped kitchen (induction hobs, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher. . . ) , a laundry room (washing machine) with toilets.
On the first floor: a bedroom (bed 160/200) and a bathroom with toilet.
On the second floor: a triple bedroom (1 bed 160 and a cot), a bathroom with toilet.
At the front: a courtyard with electric gate for parking vehicles.
At the back not overlooked: a wooden terrace and a lawn area; a fixed barbecue, garden furniture and deckchair.
Charges: For water consumption it is 0. 8 M3 per week and per person beyond each m3 will be charged 3 €
For electricity consumption it is 30 KWh / week per person beyond 0. 20 Cts per KWh.
Our friends dogs are welcome (1 dog/stay - 20€/week)
