of 30 m² with a very beautiful view on the sea and the Chausey Islands from the
loggia (covered balcony), in a quiet residence with elevator, in Donville les
Bains (near Granville). Located 200 m from the beach and close to the
thalassotherapy centre (5 minutes by foot).
The
equipped kitchen area (microwave oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer
compartment. . . ) overlooks the cosy living/dining room (sofa bed, TV, Wifi)
and bright thanks to the loggia and its sea view. You will find a large shower
in the bathroom as well as the washing machine. The toilets are independent.
The small
room has a 140/190 bed and a wardrobe.
A cellar is
available on the landing to store beach items, bicycles or a stroller! A cot
and high chair can be provided on request. A garage is reserved for
rental.
Bedlinen(10€/bed) and towels (5€/person) can be rented on request. The cleaning service
is extra (30€) as well as electricity/heating. Tourist tax in addition. Heating included.
