The wood of aux squirrels is a recently renovated cottage, ideally located in a quiet hamlet, in the countryside and yet only 6 minutes from the beach of Portbail-sur-Mer and 8 minutes from that of Barneville-Carteret. You can enjoy sandy beaches, water sports (paddle, sea kayak, sailboat. . . ), learn golf or go hiking along the wild coast of the customs road, horseback riding or sailing to the Anglo-Norman Islands.
On the ground floor, the house offers you: a large living room with a wood stove (1st batch of wood offered) , an open kitchen fitted out and equipped (ceramic hob, microwave, fridge with freezer, oven, dishwasher. . . . ), a bathroom with a shower. Italian (towel dryer, hairdryer), a laundry room (washing machine, iron. . . ) and separate toilets.
Upstairs you will find a master bedroom with 1 double bed (140/190), chest of drawers and TV, a bedroom with 3 single beds (90/190) and its large dressing room as well as a last attic room-cabin with 1 single bed (90/190).
Outside, let yourself be carried away south by the calm of the garden (garden furniture, barbecue) and the wood that borders the house where a part has been preserved in its natural state to make way for biodiversity, this makes the happiness of locusts, butterflies, dragonflies and other birds.
If you are patient you may spot a curious squirrel or a deer looking for an apple or two!
To ensure you have a real holiday, the owners have decided not to put wifi. The reunion with the family will be all the more successful.
The ground is not closed but you can easily park your car there. Our pets friends are welcome provided that they inform the owner in advance.
Linen is not provided. Cleaning is included in the price. Electricity is extra and so is the tourist tax.
Access to the cottage is contactless, the keys are accessed by a key box. Guardians nearby if needed.
