Corinne and Jean-Marie have tastefully renovated this 96m²
village house. Everything is done to bring you maximum pleasure and comfort.
Situated 20km from Granville, it is a stone's throw from the main roads of the
department to visit the Channel or 1. 8 km from the sea for a holiday with your
feet in the water!
On the ground floor: a small veranda, a large and bright living room with an open kitchen (central island, oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher. . . ) and a dining/living area (TV, ADSL, DVD player). A few steps and you reach the shower room (Italian shower, washing machine), independent toilets. There is also access to the terrace (garden furniture, barbecue, plants. . . ).
On the first floor: a parental bedroom with 1 bed of 160 and a wardrobe, another bedroom with 1 bed of 160 and 1 bed of 90 with a wardrobe, a cabin bedroom with 2 bunk beds of 90 and a chest of drawers, a bathroom with toilet (bathtub, double washbasin).
Wifi available. Sheets and towels for rent (50€ for the stay). Optional cleaning service (50€). Electric package of 1. 5€/day/person. Tourist tax in addition.Animals accepted
