This large studio of 52 m², facing due south and very bright thanks to its large window, is located in the Norman countryside and enjoys a large green garden shared with the owners.
The equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, induction hob, refrigerator, dishwasher. . . ) its dining area and the living room (with TV) that can be used as a bedroom (sofa bed) offers a relaxing view over the bocage. The bathroom with toilet completes the ground floor rooms.
The mezzanine bedroom can accommodate a couple (bed 140) and a cot on request.
The entrance is independent. Towels and sheets are provided (bed made on arrival). Heating and Wifi included. The cleaning service is optional and the tourist tax is extra.
In the garden: table, deckchairs, electric barbecue, 2 bicycles at your disposal and a table tennis table. Parking is in front of the rental.
