It's the ideal place to spend a pleasant moment with friends or family. On the first floor of a renovated farmhouse, this 100m² flat has 2 bedrooms, one with 2 single beds (90x190) and the other with 1 single bed (160x200). An additional bed is available in the lounge area (convertible to 140x190). TV (many channels), internet and various board games are available to enhance your stay.
The kitchen opens onto the dining room and is fully equipped. The layout of the rooms means there's something for everyone to do or relax in.
A shower room and separate toilet complete the accommodation.
There is a private, dedicated garden area at the end of the walkway.
During your stay, you can take advantage of the spa and sauna available on the ground floor with outside access, on request and at an additional cost. There is a petanque court at the back of the house and a table tennis table.
And if you want to admire the beauty of the sky and nature in the middle of the night, we've designed a viewpoint: the "observatory". Infrared binoculars are available on request, so you can enjoy this spectacular view.
La Thébaïde is accessible by taking a path through the woods, and gives the impression of being in a separate environment, with a view over a pond (private and not accessible). Its geographical location is ideal for exploring the Loire Atlantique (Nantes, Guérande peninsula, La Baule, Saint-Nazaire) and also Le Morbihan (Vannes, Golfe du Morbihan, small villages with character) thanks to its proximity to major routes.
