Welcome to Le Patois, a 137 m² holiday rental on 2 levels that can accommodate up to 8 people. This pretty 18th-century house has been completely renovated by Anne-Laure and her family using natural materials. They have succeeded in creating a very welcoming atmosphere.
The gîte is located at the entrance to the village of Beaumont-sur-Dême in the Sarthe, very close to Indre-et-Loire and Loir-et-Cher. You'll also be close to Le Mans, Tours and the Châteaux of the Loire.
Its main assets ? A 3,000 m² fully enclosed property, a garden planted with trees, very spacious rooms, atypical decor and a host of indoor and outdoor leisure facilities to suit all tastes and ages.
