Very quiet location in private residence, 200 m to the magnificent beach of La Terrière.

Inside living area consists of 91m2 that leads on to a 25m2 exotic wood terrace exterior living area accessed by bi-fold doors. The terrace is furnished with large relaxing seats (7 people and a baby) low tables and sun umbrella.

The house is made up of : 1 master bedroom with double bed and en suite (shower), 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with bunkbed (single over a double), a fold out single bed for use in any room and a main bathroom (shower) that is wheelchair accessable.
A fully equipped Kitchen with dishwasher, washer/dryer , microwave and induction hob. This is open plan with the living room which has a DVD & CD player.
For winter rentals the house has a wood burner (wood supplied free of charge)
For babys/children there is a travel cot, high chair, small table and chairs, childrens plates etc....
Many hiking trails, 5 minutes to a childrens park in the forest and many cycle paths,
In summer, free buses to the town centre of La Tranche sur Mer.
Walking distance is a boulangerie, newsagent, ATM. The nearest supermarket is a 5 minute drive
