The house is located 1km (around 15min walk) from the city center with its pedestrian shopping streets, 15min from the large beach and the fishing port with its many restaurants, 700m from the nearest shops and 600m from the Olona port (departure of the Vendée Globe). You will find the SNCF station just 600m away, so you can stay in this rental without a vehicle and do everything on foot or by bike. The house is fully equipped and will offer you all the comfort you need for a pleasant vacation.It consists of a living room (45 M2) with lounge area, a fitted and equipped kitchen open to the living room, a bedroom with 1 160 bed, a second bedroom with 1 140 bed and an adjoining bathroom, a third bedroom with 2 80 cm beds pushed together and 2 90 cm bunk beds, a bathroom, a laundry room with washing machine and cleaning supplies and a separate toilet. The exterior is conducive to relaxation, you will enjoy the garden of approximately 100m² with synthetic lawn and deckchairs as well as the wooden terrace with garden furniture. Free parking on the street, next to the house. The garage will be at your disposal to store bicycles or beach/water sports equipment. Bed linen/toilet rental and cleaning package on request.
From Les Sables d'Olonne, you will be 1 hour from Puy du Fou, 1h30 from La Rochelle, 1 hour from Cholet and its Marques Avenue outlet area.

Maison neuve, décoration soignée, très propre. Literie parfaite ! Il ne manque rien ! Grande terrasse !

Merci à Sophie et Bertrand pour leur accueil, ce sont des hôtes disponibles, sympathiques et réactifs. Séjour très agréable, dans une spacieuse maison, chaleureuse, décorée avec goût, bien équipée, jardin clos et jolie terrasse. Très bien située, proche du port, de centre ville des plages et desservie par une navette gratuite proche de la maison. Je recommande ++
