In a quiet area of Saint Gilles Croix de Vie, discover this new and comfortable vacation home, including: a bright living room with a lounge area and an open kitchen, a shower room with toilet, and upstairs, a mezzanine with a bed in 160. You will appreciate the warm and modern decoration. Access the enclosed garden through the kitchen, and enjoy a pleasant terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. The house has an independent entrance, the owners live in the house next door. Bed linen is provided, and the housekeeping package is mandatory. Parking in the street in front of the property. We cannot accept animals or children under 12 years old, as we own a large dog of 60 kgs who is adorable but does not realize his size and can be clumsy and brusque at times.
