Stay less than 5 minutes from the Marines beach in Saint Jean de Monts. You will benefit from complete independence: your private parking space, as well as your private entrance. You will find in the rental, a living room with an open kitchen, a high table, a lounge area with 2 folding armchairs that can be adapted for an extra bed 90 x 190, (make the request), a fan in summer, television with HDMI output and USB key to be provided, WIFI on request, a bathroom with WC, and a bedroom with a bed 140 x 190.

Bed linen and towels are provided.

Also benefit from a private terrace with garden furniture, parasol. Barbecue on request, provide charcoal. Everything is gathered in this small and cozy cocoon to fully recharge your batteries during a short or long stay.
You can access the national forest located only 500 m from the house as well as the cycle paths, close to the "Vélodyssée" circuit. The fine sand beach of Marines is 30 minutes walk away, out of season, bakery, tobacco 800 m away. 

In summer all the shops, U express, rotisserie, pharmacy, laundromat, restaurants, bike and rosalie rental are open on the beach side.

THE STEPS 

Among the must-do activities in Saint de Monts, visiting the markets holds a large place. In these places you can discover the delicious food products grown in this region. Water activities are available: sand yachting, paddle boarding, sailing, kite surfing or kayaking.

HIKES

NOIRMOUTIER ISLAND  

Natural and attractive, the island of Noirmoutier is one of the favorite destinations of tourists. On this island, you will have the opportunity to discover several nautical activities, to visit the salt marshes, the passage of the gois and to practice fishing on foot.

THE ISLAND OF YEU   

On the island of Yeu you will have the opportunity to enter into the intimacy of the fishermen, to visit the dunes and the old castles, to swim in the coves.

THE PUY OF THE FOOLS  

You will have the opportunity to visit the famous magical and fairytale Parc du puits du fou where you can watch interesting shows, such as the Cinéscénie or the fire organs.

THE PINEWOOD     

Discover the lush landscapes of this peninsula in Vendée, bordered by the Atlantic Ocean and its fine sand surrounded by pine forests. You can practice water sports or visit the nature reserves to observe the fauna and flora of the region.
