Au fil de Neuville is a large house for 14 people, quiet, ideal for family reunions, reunions with friends or even cousins again....


It has a large park with trees and flowers, with a private and closed car park.
You can enjoy the covered patio with the garden furniture and its bar on hot summer days but also a second garden furniture on the outdoor terrace at the back of the house.
Children will be delighted to find on site: go-karts, bicycles, balance bikes, board games, books...
Adult bicycles are also available.


On the ground floor, you will find a relaxation and music area in the entrance hall as well as a cloakroom.
A large bedroom with a 160 cm bed, a dressing room with safe and a cot as well as all the baby equipment.
A second bedroom with a 140 bed and a 160 bed.
A separate toilet.


The large living room will allow you to meet up with family or friends to share meals. A first living room with wood stove (wood provided), TV and sound bar invites you to relax.
A large independent kitchen, well equipped, overlooking the rear garden, to prepare your meals in peace and enjoy the terrace with direct access.
You have a large bathroom with spa bath and shower (washing machine) and a second separate toilet.
A third bedroom with a 140 bed and a large dressing room with an adjoining and independent shower room as well.


Upstairs, a storage cupboard for suitcases.
Two beautiful independent bedrooms each with a 160 cm bed and a 3rd independent bedroom with a 160 cm bed and a wooden cot.
