About this Holiday rental
- Come visit Royan and rent our bright 80 sqm apartment ideally located in the heart of the city, on a quiet street, less than 300m from the Grande Conche beach, the port of Royan, the train station, and downtown shops. Close to the Cordouan Lighthouse.
- On the 1st floor of a house, completely renovated in 2021, it consists of an entrance hall, a living/dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a queen-sized bed (140cm), a second bedroom with two single beds (90cm each).
- Baby equipment available upon request.
- A bathroom, separate toilet, and a storage room.
- The location allows you to do everything on foot! In this city of art and history, multiple activities are offered for the whole family.
- Free parking on the street.
- Bed linen is optional: €15 per bed.
- End-of-stay cleaning fee: €60/week.
- Electricity supplement based on meter reading from October to April.
- Tourist tax extra (Public Treasury).
- Special spa treatment rate: please contact us.
- Arrivals are between 2 pm and 4 pm unless agreed in advance.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment, as well as hosting additional people.
- You are the only tenants on the landing.
- Supplied consumables: hand sanitizers, soap, paper towels, garbage bags, and all the necessary cleaning supplies.

La plage est vraiment toute proche, nous n'avons donc pas eu besoin de la voiture. Endroit très calme. Gare à proximité, cinéma, petit commerce....Nous nous sommes tout de suite bien senti dans cet appartement.
Nous n'avons trouvé aucuns points négatifs.
Superbe séjour dans ce lieu à proximité de tout. Apprt très propre, très agréable tout comme les propriétaires, heureux de notre bien-être.
