Chalet No. 50, Allée des Mimosas:

• Ideally located on the Île d'Oléron, in the secure residential park "Les Jardins de St Pierre," our chalet with a covered terrace of 18 m² and a small garden accommodates 4 people and is close to the pool located at the entrance of the residence.

• Living Area: 
• Features a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, oven, microwave, vacuum cleaner, hair dryer, etc., and a living area with a TV and DVD player.
• Adjustable Air Conditioning: 
• Ensures comfort throughout your stay.
• Covered Terrace:
• Furnished with a table and chairs for 4, overlooking the garden with no overlooking neighbors, and parking space for your vehicle.
• Bedrooms: 
• Two bedrooms, one with a 140 cm bed and the other with two 80 cm beds, offering ample storage space, perfect for a couple and two children.
• Bathroom: 
• Equipped with a shower, sink, and toilet.
• Pool: Enjoy the secure heated and covered pool open from 9 AM to 8 PM, with sun loungers available.

• Cleaning: Can be done by you or opt for the cleaning service at 70 euros.
• Linen: Bring your own bed linens and towels.
