Discover the village of Saint Amand sur Sèvre where tranquility reigns and where each lane will lead you to the banks of the Sèvre Nantaise. The rental "Le Patio" can accommodate up to 24 people, and is characterized by its modularity: it adapts both to a stay with family or friends, and can also accommodate a company on the occasion of a seminar, or other event.
The rental is divided into two separate adjoining houses, it is possible to join one and the other by the courtyard, and all the equipment of the large house is suitable for a capacity of 24 people (kitchen, tables).
The first house, the Grand Loggia: The entrance is on the street side, and opens onto a large living room with numerous tables allowing you to configure the room according to your wishes. An equipped kitchen opens directly onto the living room: its equipment is suitable for receiving a catering service, or simply organizing meals comfortably. On the ground floor you will also find a TV lounge, a separate toilet, as well as a room accessible to people with reduced mobility with two 90 cm beds that can be converted into a 180 cm bed and an adjoining shower room with toilet. From the entrance, take the stairs to the first floor and access the sleeping area comprising: a separate toilet, a shower room, a bedroom with a 180 bed (2x90) and a sofa bed in 140, a bedroom with a 180 bed (2x90) and a cot, a bedroom with 4 90 beds, a bathroom, and a bedroom with a 140 bed, and a bedroom in a row for children with two 90 bunk beds.
The 2nd house, the Petit Loggia: It consists on the ground floor of a living room: kitchen-living room-living room, opening onto a patio with Nordic bath, a laundry room and toilets. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms, a full bathroom (shower and bath) and toilet.
From the ground floor you can enjoy an enclosed courtyard with terrace and garden furniture, as well as a Nordic bath.

Situé au centre du village, proche des commerces, balades en bord de Sèvres à faire .
Gîte idéal pour les grandes rencontres familiales, où tout a été pensé pour un séjour agréable.

La décoration est contemporaine et de très bon goût. L'équipement de la cuisine est digne d'une cuisine pro mais se fond très bien dans le décor, un grand plus pour le four à pizza ! Nous avons pu profiter du video projecteur et du grand écran. Le nombre de salles de bain est suffisant, une pour 2 chambres. La cour extérieure est petite mais très bien aménagée et nous avons pu profiter du grand jacuzzi ! Tout était parfait !
Le gîte est magnifique et les matériaux de qualité exceptionnelle. On se sent comme à la maison. Super week-end !
