Charming villa, renovated, at the foot of the old village of Èze, between Monaco (10 min) and Nice (15 min). The villa enjoys an incredible view of the historic village of Èze and the Mediterranean sea.

NIDOU VILLA :
The villa is composed of a large living room with kitchen open to the living room, guest WC, two bedrooms each with its own shower room + WC, a laundry room with washing machine.
Each room of the villa (kitchen, living room, the 2 bedrooms) enjoys a breathtaking view of the historic village and the sea.
The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances: dishwasher, fridge, sink, hob, oven, microwave, kettle, Nespresso machine, dishes, pots, pans, table and chairs.
The house is equipped with 6 beds, our customers have the choice for each room between a double bed 160 cm or 2 twin beds (80 cm each). There is also a very good quality 160 cm sofa bed (Poltrone Sofa) in the living room.
Air conditioning and WIFI in all rooms.
The garden area is equipped with garden furniture, table and chairs, barbecue, parasol and jacuzzi.
A private parking space located just at the entrance of the property is available to our guests. This parking space is not suitable for vehicles that are too long or too low (sedans or sports cars), there are however free parking spaces 50 meters on the same road before arriving at the villa.
The property is fully fenced and secured by an electric pedestrian gate.
You will have private access to the entire villa, to the outdoor area (garden and terrace with lounge area, jacuzzi) as well as a private parking space.
Package for the supply of bed and bath linen : €20/person for the entire stay (to be paid on arrival).
Cleaning charge : €100 (to be paid on arrival).
