The entrance is secured by an automatic gate. A private car park in the courtyard can accommodate 2 vehicles.
THE VILLA :
It consists of 2 levels.
On the 1st level (upstairs), there is a very beautiful fully equipped kitchen with wine cellar open to a very large living room with sea view; a master bedroom, its bathroom and its dressing room, an independent WC.
On level 0 (ground floor), 3 large bedrooms each with private bathroom and shower (1 bedroom also has a bathtub), laundry room with washing machine, dryer and iron with direct access to the two large outdoor terraces.
All rooms are air-conditioned and have an opening to the outside facing the sea.
From the 1st terrace where there is a large garden furniture with parasol, you can access the 2nd via a secure gate where you will find the swimming pool heated (9.50m x 4m) at 27°/28° all year round and a large sunbathing area with deckchairs.
