About this Holiday rental
Just five minutes from Saint-Maximin la Sainte-Baume, quiet and in the countryside, the Campagne Chasteuil gîte is the ideal base for a stay with family or two in a 100 m2 house on a wine farm .
The owners live on site but the accommodation is independent with a private terrace.
Outside : private, enclosed land of 100 m2, unobstructed view of the vineyards and the Sainte-Baume massif, the covered terrace, a fixed barbecue, 4 deckchairs.
THE COTTAGE :
On the ground floor, it is composed of :
- A fully equipped independent kitchen with direct access to the covered terrace
- A living room/lounge, with flat screen TV (+ Wi-Fi)
- A large bedroom with 1 double bed (160x200 cm), French window with direct access to the garden and storage space
- A separate toilet
- A bathroom with Italian shower, sink.
On the first floor, you will find a bedroom with a double bed (140x190 cm), a bedroom with two single beds (90x190 cm), a bathroom with WC.
Central heating, baby equipment available on request.
The little extra : rental possible for 2 people, with use of the ground floor only. For a monthly rental (in low season), you can contact the owner.
