You have a large terrace with garden furniture, an equipped kitchen, an independent living room, a bedroom with a 140cm bed and 2 bunk beds 90cm, a bathroom with shower, spa bath and wc, an independent wc. On the upper level there are 3 bedrooms: one with a 140cm bed and a cot, one with 2 90cm beds and one with a 140cm bed and shower room with shower and wc, an additional shower room and a separate wc.
A large complete swimming pool is good with a view of nature. You also have a ping pong table available.

Gite bien équipé, chambres spacieuses, 3 douches ,agréable quand on est 10 personnes.Jeu de boules excellent, tout y est pour occuper les petits et grands.Notre petit fils s'est bien amusé avec vos 2 chiens très gentils. Le village magnifique d' Alba la Romaine n'est pas loin en voiture.

Gîte bien pourvu : vue à 180° sur les vignes et les collines ardéchoises, grande piscine, table de ping-pong, terrain de pétanque avec boules prêtées par les proprios, grand gîte, une clim à chaque étage. Beaucoup de choses à faire dans les environs (à 45 mn en voiture max).
La proximité de la route, bien sûr, mais peu à peu, on s'y fait.
