About this Holiday rental
Ideally located to discover the Dolce via (Ardèche soft path), you will reach it after having pedaled 15 min or in 10 min by car.
Your electric bikes (or not) will be able to sleep in the veranda in complete safety.
Housing
The top of the villa will be entirely reserved for you.
The apartment begins with a veranda of more than 40 m2 with a breathtaking 360 degree view of the village. Inside the accommodation you will find 3 bedrooms with closets, a large living-dining room with an open kitchen, then after 4 stairs you will reach the bathroom with shower and separate WC.
The ground floor is my dad's main residence, you can admire the garden, without accessing it. The youngest will still be able to visit the chickens ;)
Passenger access
In the heart of the Regional Park of the Monts d'Ardèche, the Ardèche Verte, the beautiful and very quiet village of Arcens (alt 650 m), offers you an ideal stay for nature lovers (mushrooms, berries... .), hiking or cycling (Dolce via, Mont Gerbier de Jonc...), regional products (honey, sausages, chocolate...).
