Description of the house:
Our house called Le Noyer, built in 2010, is located in a protected natural area on the outskirts of the medieval village of Désaignes. This large house can be rented for up to 8 people. The house is ideal for accommodating 2 families with their children, several couples or grandparents with their children and grandchildren. The house has four bedrooms and two heated bathrooms. Starlink-internet (WiFi) and TV with Chromecast/hdmi-cable are available. The area offers fantastic opportunities for walking, swimming or cycling. The house has its own website. On it is a video about the house and garden (YouTube).
Bed Notes:
The house has four bedrooms with two beds each. All four bedrooms have two beds with box-spring mattresses. The beds in three bedrooms are extra-long (90×220 cm); the two beds in the fourth bedroom are 80x200 cm. The beds in all bedrooms can be attached to each other or kept separate as required. Bed linen is included in the rental price.
The price includes :
Starlink Internet; bed linen (duvets, fitted sheets, undersheets, pillows and pillowcases); bath textiles (large and small bath towels, flannels); kitchen towels, tea towels, tablecloths, etc.; electricity, gas, water, wood for the stove; any pets; administration costs.
The price does not include
Cleaning costs (150 euros); tourist tax (1.20 euros per night, per person aged 18 or over); security deposit (300 euros). This will be refunded within two weeks if there are no damages.

la conception de cette maison d'architecte est très fonctionnelle

notre deuxième séjour, toujours aussi agréable et dépaysant, Hedzer, est très à l'écoute.
Très bon contact avec le propriétaire. Le terain est agréable et la cascade très belle. Nous connaissons le village y ayant de la famille. Nous apprécions son bourg classé; les cours d'eau et les forêts environnantes.
La maison est absolument conforme au descriptif, le poêle chauffe parfaitement la maison. tout c'est très bien passé.
On se sent toute de suite comme à la maison, parce que Hedzer ne loue pas sa maison, il le partage:). La maison a un âme et on se sent bien (je me répète...). Merci!
Magnifique région avec beaucoup de possibilités. Maison équipée généreusement. Cuisine top! Calme avec un grand jardin.
