At the gates of the Monts d'Ardèche Natural Park, on the outskirts of the Cévennes Méridionales Park, this ground floor apartment of the owners' house welcomes you on a 2000 m² plot planted with olive and fruit trees.
You will appreciate the calm and will benefit from guaranteed relaxation on the terrace but also around the swimming pool shared with the other rental and the owners.
The gîte is made up of a bedroom with a 140 cm bed, a cabin area with a bunk bed (sleeps 2 in 90), a shower room, a living room with kitchen area (stove, oven, LV, LL, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, food processors, and all the necessary crockery, a BZ (with mattress 20 cm high) a flat screen TV and DVD, a covered terrace with garden furniture, parasol, barbecue, outdoor games available (balls, rackets, ball)
The outdoor facilities, table tennis, swing and POOL are shared with the tenants and the owners.
Many sporting activities can be practiced nearby: climbing, paragliding, tennis, horse riding, canoeing, canyoning, mountain biking circuit, tree climbing, hiking. But you can also go to the Night and Weekly Markets, or visit picturesque villages, castles or museums.

Terrain spacieux et au calme. vue sur la montagne. Piscine très appréciée. S'il y a un petit soucis, les propriétaires sont très réactifs
Cadre sympathique. Propriétaires accueillants et la location propre et confortable. Aux plaisirs de les revoir l'année prochaine.

Gîte entièrement équipé !propreté irréprochable! propriétaire très sympathique . C'est notre petit coin de paradis, nous y allons depuis 6 ans, un gros coup de coeur pour nous.!
