New house in the south Ardeche at the limit of the Gard fully equipped for 10 people with private pool.
You enter the spacious living room with fully equipped kitchen and its central island surrounded by a bar and stools, dining area with large table for 10 people and sitting area with panoramic sofa, 4 independent bedrooms (2 bedrooms with each a bed 160x200cm, a bedroom with a bed 140x200cm and a bedroom with 4 beds 90cm: a single bed 2 bunk beds and a trundle bed for children).
A shower room and a bathroom with wc as well as an independent wc.
Enjoy the large terrace shaded by a pergola and overlooking the private secure swimming pool. You benefit from a second terrace behind the house with fixed barbecue and petanque ground.
The villa is new (opening end 2020) the garden has been planted with trees since November 2020.

On the sporting side, you can take advantage of the many rivers for a swimming or canoeing trip (Chassezac gorges, Ardèche gorges, Cèze, Gardon gorges, etc.), the region offers numerous spots for climbing, caving, tree climbing as well as bicycle routes.
Visit the many caves offered by the region (Grotte de la cocalière 11km, Aven d'Orgnac 17km, Grotte de la Salamandre 19km, Grotte Chauvet 2 classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site 24km ...), the Haribo museum in Uzès (40km ), the bamboo grove in Anduze (43km) or the crocodile farm in Pierrelattes (51km).
