A comfortable and charming house. An ideal pied à terre in the heart of Grignan. The pink house rises on three levels to live.
On the garden level, a welcoming entrance in the form of a lounge. A comfortable convertible sofa to accommodate two people. In a vaulted room, in a row a bathroom and a toilet.
On the first floor, the living rooms: An open plan, comfortably furnished living room. The kitchen opens to the East on a beautiful, all-white Mediterranean terrace. And, provides perfect shade under a stone arch. To the west, the living room window opens up a pretty open view.
On the second and last floor: 2 bedrooms (wooden floor).
A first bedroom to the west, a 160cm bed enjoys an unobstructed view of the countryside.
A second bedroom east of where we can see the collegiate church. A bathroom and separate wc.
